Job Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Adding and modifying Elavon customer data in internal systems;

  • Checking potential customer’s contracts;

  • Documents processing in electronic form;

  • Analysis of documentation and system data;

  • Preparing reports and statistics,

  • Cooperation with other Elavon branches in Europe.


Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of English;

  • Availability to work from Monday to Friday, 8 hours daily

  • Good knowledge of MS Office;

  • Good self-organization and ability to prioritize tasks

  • Precision and self-reliance in every day duties;

  • Being a strong team player;

  • Prior experience in office work will be an asset.
